Therapy Session Fees
Your Therapy, Your Terms - Sliding Scale Fees
I want therapy to be as accessible as possible, so I use a sliding scale pricing model inspired by the Green Bottle Method. My standard fee is £72, but can offer fees ranging between £40 to £75.
You decide what you pay.
This model works on trust and allows you to choose a fee that feels fair and manageable based on your situation. Those who can afford to pay a bit more help make lower-cost sessions available to others.
Therapy should be accessible. My sliding scale model lets you choose what feels right financially:
| Fee Range | Who It’s For |
|---|---|
| £40–£50 | If therapy feels more of a stretch financially |
| £55–£60 | Managing expenses with some flexibility |
| £65–£75 | Financially stable, and also has the ability to contribute toward making therapy accessible for others. |
Standard fee: £72/session.
If you’re unsure what fee is right for you, we can discuss it during your free 20-minute consultation.
My goal is to find an arrangement that works for both of us.
