Wait… Who Am I Outside of Work? – Online Space

Next collective space: Sept/Oct

A 90-minute online group space for deep thinkers, craving space to ask: “Who am I, really?”.

It’s a space to pause the pressure, connect with yourself and others, and gently explore who you are beyond work and productivity. This isn’t therapy, but it is therapeutic: part reflection, part conversation, part self-discovery.

We’ll laugh, maybe overthink a little, and remember we’re more than our roles or to-do lists. If you’re feeling a bit lost or just craving space to breathe and re-discover yourself, you’re warmly welcome. 

 

This group offers a supportive space for reflection and connection but is not a substitute for individual therapy or crisis support. It’s best suited for those who are curious about exploring identity and well-being in a low-risk, group setting. As facilitator, I hold the space to encourage respectful sharing and ensure a safe environment for all participants.

Dyslexia Journey Accountability Support

A space for reflection, structure, and community support around living with dyslexia.

Start date: TBC 

  • Gentle accountability & reflection group

  • Rooted in shared experience, curiosity, and practical care

  • Created with dyslexic adults in mind

  • Weekly online sessions for 5–6 weeks

  • Flexible structure, dyslexia-friendly format

🛠️ Workshops

Intentional, reflective sessions designed to help you explore themes like self-compassion, boundaries, stress, or identity; all through a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive lens.

Workshops are short-form, usually 60–90 minutes, and offered online. They’re ideal if you prefer one-off events that still offer depth and grounding.

We occasionally host online community gatherings; open, reflective spaces focused on learning, shared experience, or gentle connection. These might be seasonal check-ins, collaborative discussions, or creative care spaces.

They are often free or low-cost and open to a wider audience.

 🤔 Frequently Asked Questions

Is this therapy?
No, the group is facilitated by a qualified therapist, but it’s not therapy. It’s a support space with therapeutic values.

Do I have to talk every week?
No. Listening is just as welcome as speaking.

 

Will sessions be recorded?
No. To protect safety and confidentiality, nothing will be recorded.

Can I join part-way through the group?
To maintain trust and consistency, the group closes after the first session and new members cannot join part-way through. However, some workshops and events are one-off sessions, and you’re welcome to attend those even if you haven’t participated before.
